Monthly coaching is designed for passionate, committed climbers looking to build a long-term coaching relationship.

DELPHI’s ongoing monthly coaching is organized into three tiers; each designed around the level of connection an athlete wants. Choose the tier that matches your ideal amount of communication, virtual sessions, and check-in calls, and the level of support that fits your goals and your lifestyle.

*3-month minimum commitment required.

Tiered Monthly Coaching Services

Baseline Tier

Ongoing 1-on-1 coaching, built around your climbing goals.

This tier includes essential coaching services tailored to individual needs. It is designed for athletes seeking personalized support, structure, and accountability in their training.

Included in this tier:

  • 📞 Check-in calls/virtual sessions (phone, FaceTime, or Zoom) for program adjustments, comp strategy/debrief, mindset discussions

    • 2× 15-min calls per month or 1× 30-min

  • 📲 Ongoing access via text for support, questions, and updates

  • 🎥 Video analysis and detailed movement feedback

  • A fully personalized, written training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle

    • Updated every 9-12 weeks

    • Weekly training sessions with on-wall climbing-specific workouts

    • Targeted drills and movement skill progressions

    • Sport-specific strength and power sessions

    • Mindset and reflection prompts for performance awareness

    • Built-in deloads, periodization, and adaptability

    • Recovery and readiness tracking

Performance Tier

High-touch coaching with increased communication, flexibility, and support.

This is the most popular tier for on-going coaching and athlete support. It offers a deepened coaching relationship, greater plan adaptability, and more frequent communication to refine performance week-to-week.

Everything in the BASELINE Tier, PLUS:

  • 📞 More frequent virtual sessions / check-in calls

    • Weekly (4)× 15-min calls per month or 2× 30-min calls

  • ⏱️ Flexible, time-sensitive scheduling for additional calls (e.g. pre-comp pep talks, post-session debriefs, mindset check-ins)

  • Training programs refined every 6-9 weeks

Perfect for athletes with evolving schedules, upcoming comps, or those who thrive with more accountability and real-time interaction.

Get Started with Performance

Premium Tier

The highest level of support and communication for the most serious athletes. (Limited.)

This tier is designed for highly committed climbers who want the full spectrum of DELPHI coaching—tailored, flexible, and deeply engaged. Space is extremely limited and available by application only.

Includes everything from the BASELINE & PERFORMANCE Tiers, plus:

  • 📲 Unlimited, priority text access for ongoing support

  • 🎥 Unlimited video analysis and real-time feedback

  • ⏱️ On-demand calls for time-sensitive needs (pre-comp pep talks, post-send debriefs, mindset check-ins, etc.)

  • Priority scheduling for calls and coaching sessions

    • Weekly (4)× 30-min calls per month or 2× 60-min deep dives

  • Plans updated monthly (or more frequently as needed)

At-Event Coaching

$100/hour · Travel costs split among participating athletes

For athletes seeking in-person coaching support during a competition or event. Available to anyone who has previously worked with AJ through a session, training plan, clinic, training camp, or another DELPHI offering.

Includes:

  • Warm-up guidance, mindset check-ins, and competition strategy

  • Provide beta during Redpoint rounds

  • Real-time analysis of demo videos (Flash formats)

  • Performance debriefs post-round

  • Support with appeal filing

Credentials:
AJ is a USA Climbing Level 2 Certified Coach with access to the Coaching and Isolation Zones.
